Code Development Chronicle

It was decided by PCG El Jefe Grande, Professor Graham F. Carey, that the code PCG++ should be developed in the mountains of Los Alamos,

where C++ programmer extraordinaire Craig Hollabaugh and head PCG package guru Wayne Joubert were currently working. Alfred A. Lorber, the general PCG gopher and handy-man was sent forth to assist. On may 10th Alfred's pilgrimage to the mountains was complete upon arrival to "The Hill"

The work was done at Craig's Mom's house, in her sewing room which Craig had converted into his own vision of cyberspace heaven for the duration of his three month business trip to Los Alamos. The room's computing power consisted of a Mac IIcx, Mac Duo 230 with dock, a Dell Pentium PC, and a Dictaphone 286 (which Craig used for debugging communication hardware). Alfred knew he had come to the right place to develop code when he found Craig and his Mom simultaneously hacking.

Alfred and Craig quickly set up a work space for Alfred, consisting of a Duo dock and a borrowed monitor and keyboard. With Alfred's Duo 230 securely placed in the dock, it was time to get to work.

The first order of business was for Alfred to do some reading and learn a bit about C++
